I have been struggling to do web check-in because of the webpage has passenger home address auto population issue. I've been emailing cruisedirect several times and raised the issue on IM several times in the past 2 weeks but didn't get any response. I was trying to call cruisedirect customer service line but also failed to get connect. It was CAMILLE R. today who helped me out on IM just within 5 minutes! I do appreciate Camille's proficient and experienced support on this when I nearly lost my trust of cruisedirect that I've been using for over 10 years. Other customer support staff should all be like Camille and that will greatly improve your customer service level and user experiences.
