Cunard's Cunard World Club is a loyalty program that automatically enrolls guests after they complete their 1st Cunard voyage. Membership is available only to individuals age 18+ (not groups or companies) and must be held in the guest's full legal name as shown on their passport. To ensure voyages and benefits are correctly applied, guests must book in their country of residence and provide their Cunard World Club membership number (and the numbers of all party members) at the time of booking. Cunard may cancel membership and delete account history if a member has not booked or sailed with Cunard for 10 years.

A member's tier is determined by the number of Cunard voyages or nights onboard completed. Voyages or nights are credited only after the voyage ends (World Voyage nights are credited at the end of each Cunard-defined segment). If multiple voyages are booked under a single booking reference, they count as 1 voyage. Voyages and nights do not accrue for time spent in hotels or travel portions of fly-voyages or land tours, for canceled or shortened voyages, for nights sailed by other people in the party or unused berths, or for nights gained/lost crossing the International Date Line on World Voyages. Voyages and nights are personal and non-transferable.

Benefits are subject to availability, may be withdrawn or changed at Cunard's discretion, and some benefits may not apply on voyages of 5 nights or less. Onboard benefits are consistent regardless of member residence, but Cunard may limit mailings and magazine distribution to members outside the UK, North America, Australia, New Zealand, and Germany. Benefits are personal, non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be claimed retroactively. Benefits do not apply to inaugural/overnight event nights, voyages taken as a charter invitee, or voyages booked under reduced-rate or concession fares. On World Voyages, benefits reset after each Cunard-defined segment. Members are generally invited to 1 Cunard World Club Party and 1 Senior Officers' Party per segment where applicable; longer voyages made up of multiple voyages provide 1 set of benefits, and back-to-back sailings may be limited to 1 set of party invitations for operational reasons.

For data protection, Cunard uses booking history to calculate membership tier and benefits. If a member exercises a right of erasure, their tier for future voyages will be permanently affected.

Cunard reserves the right to terminate the Cunard World Club or change these terms at any time without notice and is not liable for refunds or damages tied to program changes or failure to deliver program services. Members are responsible for reviewing current terms periodically.
