This is my first time to book the cruise through Cruisedirect. I did enjoy the process from nothing I knew to familiar with all the way to successfully book my expected cruise, especially with the help from the staffs , Girlie is one of the staffs helped a lots to the end.

I would like to give a special commendation to Hannah Olbes from CruiseDirect.com for her outstanding assistance with my cruise booking.
My cruise with Carnival was cancelled without any notice, and when I logged in to my account, my entire itinerary had disappeared. To make matters worse, my roundtrip flights booked under Carnival’s Fly2Fun program were also cancelled without informing me. I was extremely disappointed, frustrated, and anxious since I had already made plans around this trip.
When I called CruiseDirect, Hannah immediately stepped in to help. She put me on a conference call with a Carnival Cruise agent to get a clear explanation of what happened. Although the Carnival agent claimed it was cancelled due to a payment issue (which I completely disagreed with, since my credit card had already been charged in full), Hannah stayed calm and supportive throughout the process.
Thanks to her persistence, she helped me get the booking reactivated, and I received my email confirmation again. Hannah and the Carnival agent assured me that within 24 hours my cruise details would reappear in my Carnival account. Hannah’s reassurance and professionalism relieved a lot of my stress, and she let me know I can always reach out to her again if needed.
With my cruise just 23 days away, I’m hopeful everything will now go smoothly. I truly appreciate Hannah’s patience, empathy, and dedication—she turned a very stressful situation into a manageable one. CruiseDirect is lucky to have her on their team!
