JOHN is by far the best travel agent I have EVER worked with. He is incredibly pleasant, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond with every conversation. I always have a lot of questions, and he walks me through them all with the utmost patience and kindness. I never, ever feel rushed, or like I'm asking too much of his time. It's so comfortable knowing I can request him when I need help, and he is there for me. Please give this outstanding employee a raise. He deserves it!
