The MSC Voyagers Club Perks & Benefits program is MSC Cruises’ loyalty program that provides tier-based discounts and onboard advantages to members. Membership is free and available to guests with a confirmed MSC cruise booking. Members earn points through cruise experiences and eligible onboard spending, and benefits increase as members move up through the program tiers.
Membership eligibility and enrollment: Membership is free and open to all guests with a confirmed MSC cruise booking. Members earn points based on cruise history and onboard spending. The MSC Cruises Loyalty Program automatically enrolls members after completing their first cruise, and members must be at least 18 years old.
Membership tiers and points:
Welcome: 0 points, valid for first-time cruisers only.
Classic: 1–2,199 points.
Silver: 2,200–4,299 points.
Gold: 4,300–9,999 points.
Diamond: 10,000–24,999 points.
Blue Diamond: 25,000+ points.
Points are valid for 3 years from the disembarkation date and are updated after each completed cruise. Membership in the MSC Voyagers Club is valid for 5 years. Points may expire after 3 years of inactivity.
Discounts and exclusive offers: Members in the Classic tier and above may receive a 5% discount on cruise bookings where the discount is applicable, extended to all guests in the same cabin. Members booking select departures 6+ months in advance may receive an additional 5–15% discount where applicable (Voyagers Exclusives). Silver tier and above may also receive €/$50 onboard credit on eligible Voyagers Exclusives departures. Additional points or offers may be awarded for select cruise products or early bookings, subject to MSC rules.
Onboard benefits: All members receive access to the Voyagers Club onboard Infopoint, personalized e-ticket tags, and invitations to member events. Tier-based perks can include welcome cocktails, complimentary gifts, photo discounts, spa access, thermal area sessions, priority tender access, increased discounts, complimentary specialty dining, spumante, cabin amenities, priority embarkation/disembarkation, private events with the captain, late cabin checkout, and other exclusive onboard experiences, depending on tier, ship, and itinerary.
Additional conditions and limitations: Benefits are personal, non-transferable, and subject to availability. Discounts and onboard perks may vary by ship and itinerary. MSC Cruises reserves the right to modify the Voyagers Club program, including benefits, tier criteria, point values, and eligibility requirements, at any time without prior notice. Members must comply with program rules to maintain membership and redeem rewards.
Status match: MSC Cruises offers a Status Match program that allows eligible guests to align an existing loyalty status from other travel companies with a corresponding MSC Voyagers Club tier, subject to MSC approval and rules.
Loyalty number requirement: Perks are based on the individual guest’s loyalty status with MSC Cruises. Guests should enter their Voyagers Club loyalty number at time of booking and complete cruise line check-in using that loyalty number after booking confirmation. Loyalty benefits are provided by the cruise line and are not guaranteed unless eligibility requirements are met.
