Unforgettable Adventures Await on Silverseas Silver Nova Cruise
Come summer 2023, Silversea will be launching their first Nova Class ship, Silver Nova. This 728-passenger vessel has 364 cabins across 13 stateroom categories and will feature an all-balcony cabin design. It also has an innovative hybrid technology that uses shore-side power when docked, making it the first cruise ship to have no emissions in port. Silver Nova's horizontal design will also include an open pool deck, eight onboard restaurants and its hybrid technology will reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 40%. It is expected to have an Energy Efficiency Design Index rating 25% better than International Maritime Organization requirements. Its maiden voyage will be a 7-night cruise from Venice, with stops in Slovenia, Croatia and Montenegro. Further sailings will include the Mediterranean, Caribbean, South America, and Central America, with departure ports like Fort Lauderdale, Lima, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, and Bridgetown.
